Located at the intersection of the freeway and a heavy traffic arterial street, this project is an example of how design can transform a neighborhood. The design solution is an architectural expression that has transformed an existing neighborhood and an intersection that was once a hotbed of crimes. The building vocabulary has created an urban street presence and a statement to the community that education matters and is accessible to all. The building design was envisioned as the intersection of two overlapping boxes that house various Class A office building functionality. With large window walls and an insulated building skin, the work spaces are well daylight offering views to the majestic Camelback Mountain and Downtown Phoenix.
